DESCRIPTION AND USAGE

100% Acrylic Elastomeric Coating with superior elongation and crack bridging properties. Factory mixed and come in a variety of standard and custom colors. May be applied to portland cement plaster, brick, cmu, masonry, painted or other surfaces with the approval of FACADESXi. Available in standard colors and custom colors.

Packaging / COVERAGE

5 Gallon Pail

2 coats at 12-14 wet mils per coat are required for weather protection and crack bridging properties. 2 coats:

  • 280 – 330 ft² (26-30.1 m²) per pail

Coverages are approximate and will vary depending on application methods and environmental/surface conditions.
