Joe McClaran COO

COO Joe McClaran is well known and highly respected in the industry; he helped introduce the EIFS system in the United States. He started up a small stucco / EIFS Manufacturing facility from scratch that grew into a major player in the Southwest market, producing innovative product lines and systems that transformed the industry.
With over 40 years in the business, his expertise is called upon to create solutions and opportunities for businesses worldwide.

Rosa Marron Plant Manager

Plant manager Rosa Marron has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. Rosa is responsible for delivering the highest quality products to the customer in a safe and timely manner. Her extensive knowledge of the stucco manufacturing process allows her to manage our experienced production team to make sure that Quality Control is always top of mind in all aspects of the process. She believes that her most important role is to always keep the customer’s needs front and center and to deliver what we promise.

Tina Cannedy VP of Technical and Architectural Services

Our VP of Technical and Architectural Services, Tina Cannedy, has over 25 years in the engineering, technical and architectural side of the industry. She earned a BS degree in Material Science Engineering from the University of Florida (and maintains a strong allegiance to the Florida Gators). Her extensive background includes material testing, detailing, construction materials and practices, and building code compliance. She is called upon daily by contractors and architects who seek her expertise in EIFS, stucco, masonry veneer assemblies and air/water resistive barriers to retain the quality of the building envelope.

Uday Girme R&D Director

R&D Director Uday Girme has over 25 years of global paint and coatings industry technical experience and holds a Masters Degree in Polymer Chemistry.  His primary roles are to drive the design and development of EIFS products, evaluate performance, and establish quality standards. He also plays an important part in and providing support for our production and supply chain channels to drive value engineering and safety standards of the operations. Uday is responsible for the innovation of products to align with company’s product stewardship policies and sustainability goals, products that will meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality expectations.
