DESCRIPTION AND USAGE

FacadesOne Sanded is a pre-mixed stucco base coat consisting of portland cement, fibers, sand, and additives that can be applied in One Coat at 3⁄8″ thick; designed specifically for the FACADESXi Stucco Wall Systems. When mixed on site with only water, this product combines the long-life cycle, durability and traditional aesthetics of three coat stucco with lower labor costs and shorter scheduling.

Approximate coverage per thickness per bag will be as follows:

  • 3⁄8″ (9.5 mm) = 20-25 ft² (1.8-2.3 m²)
  • 1⁄2″ (12.7 mm) = 15-19 ft² (1.4-1.8 m²)
  • 3⁄4″ (19.0 mm) = 10-13 ft² (0.9-1.2 m²
