DESCRIPTION AND USAGE
Xi-VersaPlast is a polymer modified stucco base coat for skimming and leveling concrete, concrete block, stucco and foam shapes. When mixed on site with water, this product can patch and level surfaces before application of an acrylic coating or finish coat.

Sand quantity will affect coverage, but the approximate coverage per thickness per bag will be as follows:
- 1⁄4″ thick: 21-25 ft²
- 1⁄16″ thick: 85 – 100 ft²
Coverage per bag will depend on the condition of the substrate, application thickness, and the concentration of the product. Other factors that can affect coverage include weather, surface temperature, mixing and application method, wall type and porosity, amount of water added and mixing methods. Please verify in the field by using the same variables that will be used at the actual project.
