DESCRIPTION AND USAGE
Polymer Modified Lightweight, High Impact Base Coat for use with Stucco, insulated systems, and skim coats. When reinforced with high impact Polymer Modified lath, it can give the same impact results as a heavy stucco base.

Coverage per Bag:
- Embedding Xi-Mesh = 100-110 ft²
- Embedding Xi-Mesh11 = 75-85 ft²
Coverage per bag will depend on the condition of the substrate, application thickness, and the concentration of the product. Other factors that can affect coverage include weather, surface temperature, mixing and application method, wall type and porosity, amount of water added and mixing methods. Please verify in the field by using the same variables that will be used at the actual project.
