DESCRIPTION AND USAGE
Xi-Enhance Sealer may be used as a surface conditioner or top coat sealer to protect finishes and coatings from fading, increase ease of cleaning in areas where excessive dirt is expected, and resist caulking.
- Dirt resistant
- UV Resistant – protects from fading or chalking
- Breathable
Sealer Substrates:
- Xi-Textured Acrylic Finishes and Coatings
- Acrylic Finishes and Coatings
- Xi-Designer Finishes
- Cement Based base coats (will substantially darken color)
- Xi-Hacienda Cement Finishes
- Masonry
- Other as approved by FacadesXi
